Eternal Light Product:
What makes Eternal Light products different?
- We pride ourselves on making high-quality products that are easy on the environment and your wallet. Taking scents inspired by our personal favorite fragrances, foods, and memories. Our very small team of 3 develop these special candles to elevate your everyday life. The result is a fun and satisfying fragrance you can feel good about.
What ingredients do you use?
- All of our ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free, and phthalate-free. Each product page has a complete list of ingredients. Our candles are made with 100% domestically-grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and a blend of fine fragrance oils.
How fragrant are your products?
- Our products are designed to elevate, and not overpower, your everyday. Because of this, Eternal Light scent throw will be more intimate than other products on the market. We guarantee a loud candle, but nothing too noisy.
What is the best way to care for your candles?
- Here at Eternal Light we want our customers to experience the absolute best from our candle line. We highly recommend trimming the wick to 1/4" after each burn. Wait for your candle to completely solidify and upon relighting trim your wick (1/4") to make sure you always get the best even burn.
Can I have my candle personalized?
- Absolutely! Our development team (us 3, lol) love customized orders, be sure to contact us via email at customercare@eternallightcandles.com with your specifics and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I not burn my house down?
- Safety is always our top priority. Please burn your candles within sight. Keep away from flammable objects. Keep away from children and pets. Always keep your candle free from any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Burn on a leveled, fire resistant surface. Do not burn your candle (s) for more than 4 hours at a time, and please stop use when only 1/4" of wax remains in your container.
Shipping/Returns/Exchanges:
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-3 business days for your purchase to arrive. You will receive notification when your item(s) have shipped. Please note: once a package is shipped, the tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands.
Where do you ship?
- We ship throughout the U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Currently we are unable to ship internationally (including to Canada), however this is *temporary* and we look forward to going international very soon!
Do you offer rush shipping?
- Want it fast? We don't blame you. Just shoot us an email at customercare@eternallightcandles.com before you checkout and we'll see what we can do. Pricing is dependent upon the destination/weight of the package. While we try to prioritize orders with expedited shipping, we can't guarantee anything. Expedited orders will arrive within one to two business days once shipped from our fulfillment location. Please note: expedited orders placed on Thursday or Friday will likely arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.
What if my tracking info doesn't update?
- An order's tracking status may take 24-48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 72 hours, please reach out.
Can I return or exchange my Eternal Light candle?
- We take pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles every day. Our Candles are made using natural soy wax, pure fragrances, and eco wicks, resulting in a candle that is true to scent, and long lasting.

so we can make it right.
- We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 10 business days of purchase. Item will need to be accompanied with your invoice. As a small , growing business, we are unable to take on the responsibility for any return shipping costs (unless your product arrived damaged). Your original payment method will be credited when the returned item is received and inspected. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
- Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items.
Do you offer store credit?
- If there’s one thing we know, it’s that there is no such thing as too much Eternal Light. If you’d prefer store credit instead of a refund or exchange, let us know and we’d be happy to help. Store credit is issued as an egift card in the amount of the product and does not include shipping fees.
